If you want to return something that you bought, you can only do it if the product is in the same condition as when you got it. If the product is damaged or not in the same condition as when you got it, or if it's been worn too much, then you won't get your money back. So make sure to be careful with what you buy.

We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the item back. We will use the same payment method you used to pay for the order, and you won't have to pay any fees.

You will not be able to cancel an Order for Goods that include:

• Personalized goods.
• Products that are not suitable for return, which quickly deteriorate, or have a date of expiration that has passed, should not be brought back.
• Goods that cannot be returned because of health protection or hygiene reasons are not allowed to be sent back.
• The supply of goods which, after they are delivered, become mixed with other items.
• If you give us your permission in advance and you understand that you can't cancel, then digital content that hasn't been supplied on a physical medium can be performed for you.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

Subscriptions

Subscription period

Some parts of the Service are only available if you have a paid Subscription. You will be billed ahead of time, on a recurring basis, depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

Each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew if you don't cancel it. The same conditions will apply unless the Company cancels it.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription renewal by going to Your Account settings page or contacting the company. If you do this, you will not get a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period. You will be able to use the service until the end of your current subscription period.

Billing

You need to provide the Company with your accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number and a valid payment method information.

If there is a problem with the automatic billing, the company will send you an electronic invoice. This invoice will tell you what you need to do in order to pay for that billing period. You will have a certain deadline to do this by.

Fee Changes

The Company may change the Subscription fees at any time, but this will only happen at the end of a current Subscription period.

The Company will give You reasonable notice before it changes the price of Your subscription. This will allow you to cancel the subscription before the change goes into effect.

If you continue to use the Service after the Subscription fee changes, you agree to pay the new amount.

Refunds

If you cancel your paid subscription, you will not get your money back.

Sometimes the Company will decide to grant a refund for a Subscription on a case-by-case basis. This decision will be made by the Company alone.

Promotions

Any promotions that are available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms.

If you want to participate in a contest or other promotion, please review the official rules and our privacy policy. If there are any conflicts between the rules for the promotion and these terms, the promotion rules will apply.

Termination

We may terminate Your access to our website immediately if we determine that You have violated these Terms and Conditions.

If your subscription is terminated, you will lose your right to use the Service immediately.

Even if something bad happens to you, the company and its suppliers are not responsible. Your only option is to ask for a refund for anything you paid through the service. If you have not bought anything through the service, your refund will be $100.

The Company and its suppliers will not be responsible for any damages that you may suffer if something goes wrong with the Service. These problems can happen because of the Service itself or software or hardware from a third party. These problems can also happen when you are using the Service.
